Park Place of WingHaven
Paric Corporation's 160,000-square-foot facility, Park Place of Winghaven, consists of a four-story independent living facility containing 116 one- and two-bedroom unit apartments. Amenities include a common area including full-service dining room, bar and lounge, pool, spa, all-purpose room, administration offices, beauty and barber shop, tool shop, and a bank.
A one-story assisted living unit features 36 studio apartments and four one-bedroom living units, nurse stations, craft room, full dining room, administrative offices, and direct access to the above amenities.
