Silverset Senior Living Expands in Midwest States.
(St. Louis) Silverset Senior Living has added three senior living companies to their client list.
The Stratford Companies operate two upscale senior living centers: WestClay in Carmel, Indiana, and The Stratford at Kenwood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Both residential facilities have contracted with Pfoodman for menu development, food service and fine dining. Carlos Bailey is the new director of dining services at WestClay.
Silver Oak Senior Living, based in Edmond, OK, signed on with Pfoodman’s Provision, a procurement program designed to save money on food purchasing.
