Campus Hospitality Services Partner with Chesterfield Day School and McCallum Place
(St. Louis) Campus Hospitality Services has partnered with Chesterfield Day School and McCallum Place, an eating disorder clinic, to provide the Wild Thymes food concept to their food service.
Wild Thymes, developed by Pfoodman in 2008, is a nutrition-based food program that offers healthy choices with an international flair and a promise that their menu items are prepared a certain way. Pfoodman Certified Vegan items are prepared without any animal products and Pfoodman Certified Reduced menu choices contain less than 30% of calories from fat.
Chesterfield Day School is a private school in west St. Louis County offering a preK Montessori program and K-8th grade curriculum. The school enrolls more than 350 students.
McCallum Place is an eating disorder clinic in Webster Groves that offers residential inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment to adolescents and adults. The center also has a transitional living program.
